Inglenook Fireplace: £150
Bird nest removal: from £95 for first hour, and £30 for each half hour thereafter. Includes a post clean camera inspection.
Chimney Survey: from £125
All of the above services include a full sweep, type 2 smoke test, and certificate (or a formal notification if safety issue found and certificate is not possible). No VAT is applicable so these are the total costs.
If any additional work is required, any pricing would be agreed before the work commences so that you have total control over any costs.
